Before you arrive
First time? Here's the whole drill.
Arrive ten minutes early
Proper time is needed to safely get you into the bungee harness. For your safety, anyone arriving after the scheduled start time will not be able to join class and will not be refunded. A $15 no-show fee applies.
What to wear
Fitted leggings or joggers — the harness sits over your clothing, so nothing too loose. A full-length top, so the harness doesn't rub. Clean athletic shoes. Skip zippers, buckles and anything that could catch on the harness.
What to bring
Athletic shoes and athletic wear are required. Bring your own water. Everything else — harness, cord, coaching — is here waiting for you.

Your first class
An instructor fits you, every single time.
The harness is fitted low on your hips — at or below the belly button, never the rib cage — and your cord is matched to you. Hands-on, in person. Then you're walked through the movements before the class builds.
